CUSTOM ORDER FORM
A custom-made wig is a hairpiece constructed specifically for an individual and created to be natural-looking or flamboyant according to the consumer's taste.
Custom orders are made based on your specifications, therefore returns are not accepted. Customize your unit by choosing the length, texture and color you desire. To purchase an already made wig unit from Stella Slay Experience collection, check out our closure and frontal wigs tab.
Please take your time and read the description below!
Below, please fill out the wig order form. Allow 24-28 hour for a response. Once form is received, you will get a text message from Stella confirming the order. Once you confirm the order, a deposit of $100 or more is required to start the wig unit. Form of payment (Zelle or PayPal).
If you do not receive a text, that means that specific month is booked for wig orders. When you select a date and time, you are only booking a slot. In the form, you will put the date you need the wig done by. Please keep in mind it takes about 10-14 days for the custom wig unit to be ready. The remaining balance is due in CASH if you are picking up and ZELLE/PAYPAL if the wig is being shipped. If your unit is being ship, please make sure to provide the accurate shipping address to avoid any delays.
To book a wig install appointment for your new Stella Slay Unit: upon receiving your new unit, please book Custom Wig Installment below. No Install is really needed for our closure wig units unless you would like to glue it down. Frontals must be installed!

For Hair Products:
We do not offer any form of exchange but a refund is permissible. You may return your unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you within 24 hours via email if you're eligible for a refund. If the item passes inspection, we will refund your purchase price to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to be posted to your account. If the item is damaged, used and does not pass inspection we will return the item back to you.
For Hair Extensions & Wig Orders:
(NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON ANY CUSTOM CLOSURE OR FRONTAL WIGS - IT IS FINAL SALE!!!!)
If there is any discrepancy, defect or any dissatisfaction with your custom wig order, you have up to 5 days after the pick up or ship date to address the issue and get it fixed. If NOT, a repair fee will apply.
